Learning Service Coordinator internship

Introduction

The Learning Shared Services EU team provides support for planning and organizing all learning activities for all ASML employees worldwide. As a Training Coordinator Intern, you are a supporting link between the Learning Organization and our employees to drive the learning and development needs of all our employees. In this role you can demonstrate and improve your planning, organizational, and customer service skills within a highly dynamic global company like ASML.

Your assignment

In this role you will support with coordinating our employee development initiatives by planning and organizing technical and personal development training courses, events and educational programs. As a Training Coordinator intern, you will plan and organize training courses for technical learning, soft skills, leadership, and various other learning solutions for ASML primarily in Europe. You will also work closely and support our service leads with different improvement initiatives. Some of the main tasks you can expect are:

• Coordinate and forecast training courses for ASML employees in MyLearning (Cornerstone).

• Organization and planning of (virtual) classroom courses for Europe, US and Asia.

• Perform (administrative) processes of all standard implemented training courses.

• As first line support, help employees with all their MyLearning related questions.

• Provide operational support, as well as support for instructors and learning experts.

• Frequent contact with Learning Shared Services Leads, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers.

• Perform financial processes (e.g. request and process quotes from external suppliers) and follow-up on the created PR’s (Purchase Requests).

• Support Service leads with improvement projects

This is a vocational (MBO) or Bachelor (HBO) internship for a minimum of 6 months and 4 days per week (Tuesday and Thursday on-site). The start date of this internship is flexible between June and September

2026.

Your profile

• MBO level 4 or HBO preferably focusing on administration, event planning or management assistant (or similar).

• Have good knowledge on how to use MS Office: Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Teams

• Motivated, flexible team player who can work and think at a vocational level but can also work well independently.

• Good and professional communication skills internal / external and stakeholder management skills.

• Organized with a structured way of working.

• Good and professional level of English language skills in speaking and writing is required.

• Proactive approach.

Other requirements you need to meet:

• You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;

• Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;

• You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.

• If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
