As Head of Vendor Operations, you shape how ASML works with suppliers across the globe. Your leadership ensures reliable, compliant, and timely vendor services that support ASML’s technology leadership in semiconductors.
In this role, you directly enable ASML’s mission to push technological boundaries that power everyday life.
By strengthening global vendor operations, you help ensure continuity, scalability, and trust throughout the purchase‑to‑pay landscape.
As Head of Vendor Operations, you operate at senior leadership level within Finance and Procurement.
You set strategic direction, lead global teams, and drive transformation across business‑critical services.
Your work supports ASML’s values of challenging conventions, collaborating across boundaries, and acting with care and integrity.
Role and responsibilities
As Head of Vendor Operations, you lead a global organization delivering end‑to‑end vendor and payment services.
You guide teams through growth and transformation while ensuring consistent, high‑quality service for users and suppliers worldwide.
You will:
- Define and execute the global strategy and roadmap for vendor operations services.
- Lead global teams across multiple regions, focusing on engagement, development, and performance.
- Ensure reliable purchase‑to‑pay services, including vendor administration, payments, and non‑product procurement.
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and innovation.
- Manage budgets, resources, and service quality in line with agreed service levels.
- Act as a senior partner to stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Human Resources.
- Resolve operational and supplier escalations with accountability and transparency.
Education and experience
You bring deep experience in shared services leadership within complex, international environments.
You have:
- A master’s degree in finance, business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in shared services, finance operations, or procurement operations.
- At least 10 years of experience leading global teams and senior professionals.
- Proven experience delivering transformation programs and scaling service organizations.
- Strong background in purchase‑to‑pay processes and vendor operations.
- Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA and automation solutions.

You report to senior leadership within ASML Business Services, Finance and Procurement.
The role is based in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, with regular collaboration across Europe, Asia, and the United States.
This position does not involve shift work.
You may need to meet export control and security requirements applicable to ASML operations.
