[Cymer, An ASML Company] Pyeongtaek Factory Technician (반도체 레이저 장비 테크니션)

Introduction

Cymer는 DUV Laser 사업을 운영하며, 2013년에는 ASML의 EUV 기술 개발을 가속화하기 위해, EUV Laser 기술을 보유한 Cymer와 인수합병 하였습니다. 인수합병 이후 Cymer는 DUV Laser 사업에 전념하고 있으며, 지속적으로 DUV Laser R&D 투자를 통하여 최첨단 레이저 산업을 이끌어나가고 있습니다.

CYMER Korea Factory는 전 세계 DUV 시장을 이끌어 가고 있는 CYMER Light Source 파트 생산량의 약 30%를 담당하고 있습니다. 더불어 반도체 산업의 성장과 지속 가능 경영을 위한 파트 확보, 공급망의 현지화, 미국 샌디에이고 본사와의 Factory line balancing을 위해 공장 확장이 지속적으로 진행되고 있습니다. 향후 총 생산량의 50%를 국내 생산할 것으로 예측하여 앞으로도 한국 공장은 전 세계 DUV 시장을 이끌어갈 것입니다.

Role and Responsibilities

Cymer 생산 라인에서 다양한 전기 측정 장치 및 장비를 사용하여 반도체 레이저 장비의 구성품을 분해, 제품조립

• Disassemble and assemble semiconductor laser equipment components on the Cymer production line.
• Operate optical equipment and perform optical module testing.
• Use various electrical measuring devices, tools, and production equipment.
• Assemble advanced products in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Conduct quality inspections on products and components to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Train and/or perform the tasks of other associates within the area when needed.
• Collaborate with team members to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) activities to enhance quality, safety, and productivity.
• Adhere to EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations and company policies at all times.
• Work overtime and perform additional duties as required by production needs.

Experience & Education

- 3~7 years of mechanical or electrical assembly where troubleshooting is required
- Optical technology experience preferred

Required Skills

- Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- The ability to stand for long periods hours at a time
- Ability to work independently and with minimal direction or supervision
- Commitment to work safely in all aspects of the position
- Able to understand and read working instructions and diagrams
- Must be able to work any shift

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
