  • Track and manage LVS and wiring functional and performance requirements throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Coordinate LVS and wiring verification activities, including lab, ground and flight testing schedules.
  • Proactively identify, track, and mitigate technical risks related to LVS and wiring design and integration.

Project Support:

  • Manage, track, and report progress on assigned LVS and wiring work packages, focusing on Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar metrics.
  • Ensure accurate technical documentation and design records are maintained across the team.
  • Communicate project status, key decisions, and technical issues effectively to the core team and stakeholders.
  • Run technical and cross-functional coordination meetings related to core LVS/Wiring activities.
  • Prepare and deliver status presentations for senior level executives.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management for technical systems within aerospace/aviation or a highly regulated product development environment.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex technical workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience managing multiple suppliers to meet quality, schedule, and cost targets for LVS and wiring hardware.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field or an MBA.
