About Altur
At Altur, we are building a call center operated entirely by AI agents, with not a single human agent. We process hundreds of thousands of conversations via voice and WhatsApp every day for call centers, fintechs, and banks in Mexico and Latin America.
We are a team of fewer than 10 people. All development of our services, from telephony infrastructure to agent creation, is built in-house. Our company is built on the thesis that by using technology, we can deliver a superior service to companies with 100 times more people.
About the Role
We are looking for someone to own the relationship between Altur and our clients from start to finish. This is not a support role. You will be responsible for designing collection and sales strategies, orchestrating the daily operations of our AI agents at call centers and banks, and ensuring that every account you manage delivers excellent results.
You will work directly with the CEO every day and will be one of the first 6 team members. The expectation is full agility and autonomy: you will manage your accounts independently, make your own decisions about what is best for each client, and operate with minimal direction.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, strategy, and product. You will be the bridge between our clients and the engineering team, translating client needs into product improvements and refinements to agent behavior and flow that directly impact performance and the end-user experience.
What You'll Do
- Own the complete client relationship: onboarding, strategy alignment, operations support, performance reporting, escalation management, and expansion conversations. Design, implement, and track AI-powered collection and sales strategies for banking clients, monitoring results and iterating continuously.
- Oversee the daily operations of voice and WhatsApp agents for multiple clients, ensuring objectives are met and results keep improving.
- Develop, test, and optimize the prompts that power our AI agents, working closely with the engineering team to improve accuracy and conversion rates.
- Build and improve internal processes for project management, client communication, and operational workflows as the company scales.
- Use AI tools to build internal utilities and automations that make the team more efficient.

- You are comfortable with technical concepts. You don't need to write production code, but you understand how AI systems work and can contribute meaningfully to prompt design and testing.
- You want high impact and ownership, not a neatly scoped job with defined limits.
- You care about results, not activity. You measure yourself by client outcomes, not hours worked.
You're Not a Good Fit If
- You want a remote or relaxed job.
- You need detailed task lists and clearly defined processes before you can be productive.
- You are not looking to commit and grow with the company long-term.
Ideal If You Have Experience In
- Customer success, account management, operations, or a similar role.
- Prompt engineering, Claude Code, Cursor, OpenClaw, etc.
- Managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis.
- The financial or B2B technology industry.
- Building internal tools, automations, or workflows using AI (even simple ones).
- Early-stage startups.
