Job Description 1: Aircraft Structural Repair Engineer

  • Assess damage scenarios using appropriate inputs and aircraft configuration drawings

  • Perform hand calculations and/or computer-based analysis

  • Propose and evaluate structural repair solutions considering time, cost, and safety

  • Utilize existing technical and airworthiness delegations to develop approved repairs for aerostructures (Pylon / NCF/ FAF/ Highlift/ RFE)

  • Prepare technical justification documents (Design and/or Stress)

  • Secure necessary approvals for repair solutions

  • Respond to customer technical queries related to repairs

  • Propose standard repairs for fleet-wide updates to SRM, ISB, etc.

  • Analyse in-service data to initiate corrective actions and follow-ups

Job Description 2: Static and Stress Engineer

  • Perform stress analysis of metallic and composite aircraft structures using classical methods, ISAMI, GFEM, and DFEM.

  • Extract loads, stresses, material data, geometry details, and fastener specifications from part and assembly drawings.

  • Apply appropriate static design values from standard references.

  • Create and refine Finite Element Models (FEMs) using geometric data.

  • Conduct sizing of primary and secondary structures to meet static requirements.

  • Extract fastener loads and perform detailed joint analysis. Calculate Reserve Factors (RF) for various failure modes, including:

    • Strength

    • Buckling (Column & Panel)

    • Shear panel failure

  • Identify and implement low RF mitigations using classical or numerical methods.

  • Prepare stress certification dossiers, including ACD4 and SSR reports.

  • Collaborate with design, loads, and certification teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Description 3: Systems Engineer

  • End to End Development of Platform Software/ Basic Software(BSW) for Avionics Software Platform.

  •  Embedded Programming (C)  for Application Software Development implementing the Avionics Systems Functionalities.

  • Experience working with Embedded System and any Avionics RTOS like ARINC 653(A653)

  • Hands on Experience on Debugging Tools(Trace32,JTAG)
    - Configuration and Change Management
    - DO178c for Level A/B Software Development
