• Être citoyen(ne) de l'Union Européenne (plus Norvège, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplômé(e) âgé(e) de 28 ans maximum (une mission V.I.E peut débuter au plus tard le jour du vingt-neuvième anniversaire) 

• Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays. 

• Être impérativement inscrit sur le site Mon Volontariat International avant les 28 ans

La durée de ce VIE est de 24 mois en fonction du lieu d’affectation. 

Un poste sous contrat VIE (Coordinateur Security Amérique Latine H/F) est à pourvoir au sein d’Airbus Commercial Aircraft  à São Paulo. Vous rejoindrez l’équipe Sûreté. 

Les équipes de Sûreté (Security) jouent un rôle clé dans l'environnement concurrentiel et en évolution rapide d'Airbus. L'engagement de nos équipes est de viser un monde mieux connecté, plus sûr et plus prospère. La sûreté est un pilier d’Airbus et son objectif est de guider, protéger et renforcer Airbus pour un avenir durable. Le périmètre de responsabilité de l'équipe couvre la Cybersécurité, la Sûreté Physique et la Gestion de Crise.

Missions et responsabilités : 

Vous serez en charge des activités principales suivantes : 

• Gouvernance : Promouvoir les politiques de sûreté du Groupe auprès des organisations locales pour le compte du Responsable Régional Sûreté, en partenariat avec les équipes Sûreté du siège (Corporate Security).

• Sensibilisation et Communication : Coordonner les activités de sensibilisation à la sûreté en adaptant les sessions de sensibilisation pour la cybersécurité et la sûreté physique. Soutenir la définition du plan annuel de sensibilisation à la Sûreté pour la région.

• Réunions Régionales : Soutenir la préparation des Comités de Pilotage Sûreté Régionaux en identifiant les besoins des parties prenantes et en proposant un ordre du jour.

• Gestion des Risques de Sûreté : Soutenir l'identification des risques de sûreté pour les différentes filiales de la région et aider à leur mise à jour.

• Gestion de Crise : Supporter la gestion de crise à travers la région.

Des déplacements professionnels sont à prévoir dans la région Amérique latine, notamment au Chili, au Mexique, en Colombie et potentiellement en Europe et, de ce fait, vous devez être disposé(e) à vous déplacer en conséquence. 

Compétences requises 

Vous avez les expériences et les compétences suivantes :

• Titulaire d'un Master (bac+5) dans le domaine des des technologies de l’information, la gestion industrielle, les sciences politiques, le cyber, la sûreté/défense 

• Compréhension de l'aspect psychologique de la sûreté/sécurité

En outre, vous êtes en mesure de démontrer les compétences suivantes :

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministries of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. 

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria. 

VIE Main Requirements: 

• European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old (a V.I.E mission can begin no later than the day of the twenty-ninth birthday)

• Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any

A VIE for a Security Coordinator has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Sao Paulo, Brazil . You will join the Security team. 

Security teams have a key role to play in Airbus’ competitive and fast moving environment. Our teams’ engagement is to aim for a better-connected, safer and more prosperous world. Security is a pillar of Airbus and its purpose is to guide, protect and strengthen Airbus for a sustainable future.

The Security team is in charge of Cyber Security, Physical Security and also Crisis Management.

Tasks & accountabilities 

Your main tasks will include: 

• Governance : promote the Group’s security policies to local organisations on behalf of the Regional Head of Security, in partnership with Corporate Security teams;

• Security Awareness and Communication : Coordinate and drumbeat security awareness activities by tailoring Security awareness sessions for cyber and physical security.  Support the definition of the annual Security Awareness plan for the region;

• Regional Meetings : Support the preparation of Regional Security Steering Meetings by identifying the needs of stakeholders and proposing an agenda;

• Security Risk Management : support the identification of security risks for the various affiliates in the region and help to maintain it up to date;

• Crisis Management : Support any crisis cell activation across the region.

This role will involve frequent travel for business in Latin America region, including Chile, Mexico, Colombia and potentially in Europe, you must be able to travel accordingly. 

Required skills 

You have the following skills and experience: 

• Educated to Master’s Degree in in Information Technology, Industrial management, Political Science, or Security and Defence or a related discipline. 

• Understand the psychological aspect of security

in addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills: .
