Structural Test Program

Job Description:

Static, fatigue, damage tolerance, stiffness, bird impact, calibration for in-flight load measurement & dynamic tests:

- Prepare the test load program-actuator loads.

- Issue the documents (Test Plan & Test Results)

- Control the accomplishment of the test specifications and the fullilment of the specification, playing the role of conduction of the test in the execution phase.

- Define, perform, control and issue the necessary documentation for the manufacture and mechanical assembly of the test, the analysis necessary to guaranty the integrity of all elements and tools that are designed.

- Prepare and coordinate the inspections

- Participate in the definition of the test instrumentation for in-flight load measurements, being the responsable for the obtaining of the expressions for determination of the loads

- Perform the tracking, control and final approval of the manufacturing of all parts of the tools (technical aspects)

- Perform the documentation of the test specimen instrumentation

- Give the technical support and verify the mechanical assembly

- Prepare the global planning of the tests throughout all the process
