Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Crisis Anticipation Analyst  (f/m) to join our Crisis Management Anticipation’s team based in Toulouse, France.

Within Airbus, the Enterprise Crisis Management is part of the Corporate Security department, a transnational organization based in France, UK, Germany and Spain, with a direct link to our global infrastructure and sites (e.g. North America, India, China, Asia ...). Our department includes around 300 employees and is in charge of the protection of people, products and systems. 

The Enterprise Crisis Management has a key role to play in the Airbus’ resilience chain and in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) environment fostering crises.

As a Crisis Anticipation Analyst, you will join a core team responsible for enterprise-level crisis foresight at Airbus. Your primary focus will be to develop and drive projects dedicated to anticipating and preparing for emerging situations that may escalate into crises. You will actively support the Security Intelligence Room project which monitors, detects, and assesses potential impacts to an international group of over 130,000 employees, ensuring our global network is prepared for any potential activation. This role is a prime opportunity to leverage and build expertise in project management, open source intelligence fundamentals, crisis preparedness, and business continuity.

Your challenges:

  • Support the development and execution of crisis anticipation projects, focusing on the proactive preparedness of our crisis management network (e.g: ransomware, extreme weather impacts, lessons learned, triggers definition). This includes preparing proactive and ad hoc deliverables leveraging OSINT techniques for our stakeholder network.

  • Support collaborative efforts and alignment with the Business Continuity project team.

  • Support collaborative efforts and alignment with the Security Intelligence Room Work Package 1 - Operating Model project team.

  • Support setting up and running meetings with various internal stakeholders for the Security Anticipation Forum or when the situation requires it;

  • Assist the team in the evolution of the Crisis Anticipation activities.

  • Develop deep expertise in crisis management, lessons learned, business continuity management as well as physical and digital security.

  • Collaborate closely with the team to best support on-going initiatives and hot topics.

  • Coordinate with the Crisis anticipation managers on the end-of-crisis lessons Learned activity and support them on-demand.


 

Your boarding pass:

  • You have experience in crisis management, security, geopolitics and familiarity with intelligence analysis

  • A first experience in project management would be valued

  • You demonstrate strong values: collaboration, trust, transparency, and respect

  • You have excellent organisational, communication, and coordination skills

  • You are motivated to work in a transnational team and are a proactive team player

  • You are highly adaptable and comfortable navigating a fast-paced, changing environment

  • You have an academic background (at the bachelor’s and/or master’s level) in international relations, crisis management, security/defence and/or geopolitics.

  • Having worked on or coordinated projects leveraging OSINT methodologies would be valued

  • You are Fluent in both written and spoken English.

  • You are an expert in the Google ecosystem and OSINT methodologies, specializing in automated alerting and advanced Boolean searches across social media and digital platforms.

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
