Business Associate - Strategy and Operations

The Role

We are looking for a Business Associate to join our Strategy & Operations team. This role drives the design and execution of high-impact initiatives across AiDASH's customer delivery and internal operations. You will own critical workstreams at the intersection of analytics, process excellence, and strategic execution—working directly with senior leadership across Customer Success, R&D, and Product to architect scalable solutions that improve cost efficiency, delivery timelines, and customer outcomes.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Lead strategic initiatives across business functions to identify root causes, structure complex problems, and drive solutions that deliver measurable business impact

• Own end-to-end analytical frameworks including portfolio health tracking, delivery metrics, operational KPIs, and executive dashboards that inform C-suite decision-making

• Drive process transformation by designing and implementing efficiency improvements that reduce cost, accelerate throughput, and enhance customer delivery quality

• Establish and scale the PMO function by building playbooks, governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and best practices for cross-functional program execution

• Architect data-driven solutions using advanced analytics, GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor), and visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau) to automate workflows and deliver insights at scale

• Influence senior stakeholders by translating complex analytical findings into crisp, actionable strategic recommendations and executive communications

• Champion innovation by identifying and piloting new methodologies, tools, and approaches that create competitive advantage

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–6 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or process excellence roles with demonstrated track record of driving business impact

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical or technical discipline (Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science) from a Tier-1 institution (IIT, NIT, BITS, etc.); MBA/Master's degree is a plus

• Proven analytical rigor: Expert problem-structuring abilities and experience building sophisticated analytical models that drive strategic decisions

• Advanced technical proficiency: Strong command of SQL, Python/R, and Excel; experience building scalable dashboards in Power BI or Tableau

• Strategic communication: Demonstrated ability to distil complex analyses into executive-ready insights and influence senior leadership decisions

• Stakeholder management: Experience managing relationships with C-suite and senior functional leaders

• Self-directed execution: Proven ability to independently scope work, manage priorities, and drive projects to completion in ambiguous environments
