PathPilot is an AI customer experience platform that transforms customer data into actionable insights. We're currently focusing on user session replays as the keystone data source to help companies better understand and optimize customer interactions.

PathPilot was co-founded by Victor Laguna, former engineer and engineering manager at Facebook with a focus on video products, and Vladimir Korshin, returning to Y Combinator after successfully selling his previous company, Level. Together, we're set on creating a product that will change the way businesses interact with their customers.

We use React, Vite, and Node.js to build features that directly impact customers. Our focus is on solving challenges around AI-driven insights and session replays, using prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and multi-modal inference. We're building the next generation of session replay tools, combining UX and AI, and making key decisions on tech stack, APIs, and product direction as we scale.
