On the voice side, our agents place real phone calls to law firm’s clients, handle multi-step conversations, verify personal details against lawsuit criteria, and book follow-ups without human supervision.

The technical work is in making this reliable at scale: coordinating long-running agents, handling partial failures, tracking state across calls and documents, and knowing exactly why an agent made a decision. The systems run in production today and have to work consistently, not just in demos.
