Anjet

Anjet is a manufacturer of semiconductor devices intended to contribute to the social issue of CO2 emission reduction and energy saving. Anjet Research Lab engages in the research and development of power semiconductor devices that improve the conversion efficiency of electrical energy. We aim to design various power devices (Si, SiC, GaN etc.) that are optimal for applications in collaboration with foundry manufacturers in Japan, Taiwan, the United States, and design engineers in each country.
