This role will be based out of our South San Francisco HQ with the flexibility to WFH 1-2 times a week after successful onboarding.

What You'll Do:

Cash posting and reconciling
Handle prepaids, deposits, and accruals
Create and enter monthly journal entries for various accounts
Create and enter inter-company journal entries and settle inter-company accounts
Reconcile various accounts
Assist with financial reporting
Prepare and gather information and reports requested by auditors
Assist with special projects as needed
Foster a strong working relationship with external and internal stakeholders

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required
4+ years of relevant accounting experience (public accounting is a plus)
CPA (nice to have, but not required)
Working experience with GAAP
Proficient in Excel
Experience with NetSuite is a plus
Data analytics skills
Detail-oriented approach with strong organization skills
Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and listening skills
Demonstrated ability to embrace and adapt to change
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work effectively in teams, absorb information quickly, and having a deep desire to learn and succeed.

What Else You Need to Know:

The starting cash range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000. Please note that this is a target, starting cash range for a candidate who meets the minimum qualifications for this role. The final cash pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors, including a specific candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, working location, and projected impact. The total compensation package for this role may also include: equity compensation; overtime pay; discretionary annual or performance bonuses; sales incentives; benefits such as medical, dental and vision insurance; paid time off; and more.
