Critical infrastructure is constrained by labor shortages, hazardous working conditions, and operational complexity. Watney builds and deploys autonomous robotic systems that increase the speed and capacity of buildout, starting with data centers.
What You'll Do
Work with our team of robot pilots on live infrastructure deployments
Be directly responsible for the performance of a team of 100+ pilots
Analyze pilot performance data (telemetry, task times, etc.) to find what separates good pilots from great ones
Design and run training and coaching programs that improve pilot performance
Partner with the founding technical staff to turn performance findings into hardware and software changes
What You'll Bring
1+ years of knowledge-work experience
Strong data analysis skills and comfort with messy real-world data
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to work in San Francisco
