Bob Boron

Bob is Special Advisor at Thomvest. He has been general counsel and a senior executive at small and larger operating companies, having had responsibility for M&A, corporate finance, commercial matters, governance, regulatory affairs and government relations. Bob worked for many years in the telecommunications sector, and he has helped lead numerous enterprises through the complexities of transactions, including corporate financings (private and public), share sales, asset sales and major regulatory proceedings.

Bob has an undergraduate degree from McGill University and Dalhousie University, and an LL.B. from Dalhousie Law School.
