Founding Reverse Engineer

About

Zatanna creates APIs for platforms that don't have any. These include web-based, cloud, and even on-prem software. Instead of creating automation the traditional way through UI automation, we believe in reverse engineering backends to create clean APIs for critical and time-sensitive important workflows.

The Role

You will be our first hire and will help our CTO create, maintain, and host all types of APIs. We pride ourselves on our speed to create and support any issues with our APIs, so being able to work quickly in ambiguous environments is vital.

What You'll Do

• create APIs for web-based cloud and on-prem software
• support customers with existing integrations, adding and modifying endpoints as needed
• fixing API issues due to proxy, anti-bot, and/or other issues that can come up
• help maintain general infrastructure and be proactive in working on self-healing pipelines.

What We're Looking For

• reverse engineering background(sneaker bots, Web security, andy Anti-bot experience) is a huge
• strong willingness to learn and put in the hours to understand how we create APIs(minimum 5 days a week in office 60-70 hours)
• someone who doesn’t care about work life balance
• new grads OK
