About the roleā¦
Bounce is looking for a Business Development Specalist to support an on-the-ground commercial initiative across multiple cities for an initial 6-month period.
This is not your typical sales role. Think less desk, more travel (from Europe to the US) - you'll be out in the field, travelling regularly to visit partner locations, building real relationships with store owners and managers, and personally pitching exciting commercial opportunities. All travel and expenses? Fully covered.
This role is ideal for someone with a sales background who is confident in face-to-face interactions, skilled at building trust quickly, comfortable persuading partners to adopt new opportunities, and excited by the opportunity to travel frequently while representing Bounce.
Where you come inā¦
Visit partner locations and occasionally other relevant businesses in priority areas
Present commercial opportunities in a clear, engaging, and persuasive way
Convince partners to adopt initiatives by communicating the value to their business
Build strong relationships with store owners, managers, and staff
Help drive partner engagement and secure alignment on proposed opportunities
Gather feedback and insights from the field
Support in-person execution of operational and commercial projects
Act as a strong brand representative in different markets and environments
Work closely with internal teams to report progress and key learnings from visits
Your profileā¦
Strong sales skills and experience in face-to-face selling, business development, or field sales is a plus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable pitching ideas, overcoming objections, and closing agreements in person
Friendly, easygoing, and persuasive
Proactive and able to work independently
Highly organized and reliable
Fluent English is required. Additional languages, French or Italian are a strong plus
Availability to travel frequently and work flexibly across different locations
Contract & Compensation
Freelance / contractor role
Initial 6-month engagement
Frequent travel required
Travel expenses covered by Bounce
Daily travel budget provided while traveling
