The VIP Specialist is responsible for delivering an exceptional, personalized experience to VIP clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, efficiency, and care. This role combines relationship management, proactive problem-solving, and client engagement to foster loyalty and satisfaction among key customers.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing and monitoring VIP client activity, collaborating closely with the VIP Manager to enhance engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
- Designing and delivering personalized campaigns, bonuses, and gifts tailored to VIP preferences.
- Organizing and coordinating client-facing events, meetings, and other engagement initiatives.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback on services, campaigns, promotions, and product functionalities to inform continuous improvement.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders, leveraging negotiation skills and high-level professional communication.
- Demonstrating availability and flexibility, including weekends, and bringing genuine passion for sports and an active lifestyle into client interactions.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with key B2B and/or B2C clients;
- Experience in organizing and managing client-facing events, meetings;
- Flexible availability, including weekends, and willingness to participate in multi-day assignments, including international travel;
- Genuine interest in sports and active lifestyle, with the ability to leverage this passion in client interactions and events;
- Exceptional composure and ability to maintain professionalism and courteous behavior when dealing with challenging or demanding clients, often in face-to-face;
- Native Polish speaker with at least a basic command of English;
- Strong written communication skills for professional correspondence;
- Solid negotiation abilities;
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including external clients and internal teams/departments;
- High level of professionalism, openness, empathy, and positive energy;
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in achieving goals;
- Strong team player with collaborative mindset.
Desired but not Essential:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in online gambling;
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills;
- Familiarity with CRM tools or customer success platforms
