In this exciting time of scaling our product and innovating the company with new tools, we are looking for an Senior IT Service Engineer to join our Belgrade office team! In this role, you will be crucial for providing technical assistance to our users and staff, with duties such as ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software tools, enhancing system performance, but also standardizing and innovating our IT infrastructure through interesting projects.
What the role involves:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex, multi-system, or non-obvious issues with minimal escalation
- Administer Google Workspace at an advanced level: Admin Console, domain management, Shared Drive policies, app integrations, Google Workspace APIs, SAML/OIDC configurations
- Administer Okta at an advanced level: SSO integrations, lifecycle management rules, conditional access policies, MFA enforcement, app provisioning, and basic API usage
- Own technical administration and maintenance of 3–5 non-critical or 1 critical application/platform
- Manage and improve intermediate automation workflows (Slack, Zapier, Google Workspace automations, n8n, AppSheet)
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement preventive measures
- Create and maintain comprehensive IT documentation and runbooks
- Handle employee offboarding processes end-to-end
- Mentor L1 and L2 engineers; review their work and guide troubleshooting approach
- Support IT equipment procurement (specs, vendor evaluation, asset tracking)
- Collaborate with platform owners, security, and business stakeholders on cross-team issues
What we are looking for:
- Advanced Google Workspace administration (Admin Console, domain management, Shared Drives, SAML/OIDC, app integrations, API usage)
- Advanced Okta administration (SSO, lifecycle management, conditional access, MFA policies, app provisioning, basic API)
- Advanced platform/app maintenance and user administration
- API knowledge (pre-made tools, simple custom requests, following documentation)
- Intermediate-to-advanced automation (Slack Workflows, Zapier, Google Workspace automations, n8n)
- Advanced hardware and software troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- ITIL Foundation (certification or equivalent knowledge)
- Google Professional Workspace Administrator or equivalent
- Okta Certified Administrator or equivalent (or strong working experience in lieu)
- Strong ownership and accountability for assigned platforms and issues
- Clear communication with business stakeholders, platform owners, and vendors
- Able to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences
- Proactive mentoring and knowledge-sharing culture
- Continuous improvement mindset; actively reduces operational debt
