We're looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team in Mexico City.

As a BDR, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and helping fuel our sales pipeline. You'll work closely with the sales team to identify high-value prospects and contribute directly to our company's growth.


What You'll Do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, and other outreach channels to identify and qualify potential customers.

  • Generate new business opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team.

  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.

  • Accurately track outreach activities, opportunities, and progress within our CRM.

  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to develop strategies for penetrating new markets and target accounts.

  • Research prospects and gather market intelligence to support business development efforts.

  • Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation goals.

  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Base Salary: $18,000 MXN gross per month
