Senior Full Stack IOS Engineer

Sorce is building AI agents that apply to jobs for users. Users swipe through jobs like Tinder, and our AI applies for them automatically.

We’re looking for a senior iOS engineer who can help us make the product much better. You’ll work across the iOS app, backend APIs, analytics, experiments, and product flows.

This is a role for someone who likes shipping. You should be comfortable taking an ambiguous product or bug report, figuring out what matters, implementing it, and measuring whether it worked.

You’ll be responsible for:

1. Building and improving iOS product features
2. Improving onboarding, activation, retention, and core user flows
3. Fixing bugs quickly across the app and backend
4. Running A/B tests and using analytics to make product decisions
5. Making the app faster, smoother, and more polished
6. Working with backend APIs when needed
7. Owning features from idea to shipped product

You’ll be a good fit if you:

1. Are strong in Swift and SwiftUI
2. Have shipped real iOS apps
3. Can work across mobile, backend, analytics, and product
4. Have good consumer product taste
5. Care about funnels, retention, and user behavior
6. Move quickly and communicate clearly
7. Are comfortable working independently as a senior contractor

Bonus if you have experience with:

1. Consumer mobile apps
2. Growth, onboarding, retention, or subscription funnels
3. A/B testing and product analytics
4. Backend APIs
5. Fast-moving startups
