Product Designer / Engineer (IOS)

Sorce is building AI agents that apply to jobs for users. Users swipe through jobs like Tinder, and our AI applies for them automatically. We're looking for a senior Product Designer or Product Engineer with a strong iOS background who can help us make the product much better. You'll work across the iOS app, analytics, experiments, and product flows.

This is a role for someone who likes shipping. You should be comfortable taking an ambiguous product problem, figuring out what matters, implementing it, and measuring whether it worked.

You'll be responsible for:

1. Building and improving iOS product features
2. Improving onboarding, activation, retention, and core user flows
3. Fixing bugs quickly across the app
4. Running A/B tests and using analytics to make product decisions
5. Making the app smoother and more polished
6. Owning features from idea to shipped product

You'll be a good fit if you:

1. Are strong in Swift and SwiftUI
2. Have shipped real iOS apps
3. Think in product flows, not just screens or components
4. Have strong consumer product taste and care about craft
5. Care about funnels, retention, and user behavior
6. Move quickly and communicate clearly

Bonus if you have experience with:

1. Consumer mobile apps
2. Growth, onboarding, retention, or subscription funnels
3. A/B testing and product analytics
4. Backend APIs — helpful for taking features fully from 0 to 1 without blockers
5. Fast-moving startups
