### Interview Process

If selected, you'll be interviewing first (30 min) with our Ops Lead , followed by a short (30-45 min) technical interview with our lead engineer, then one of our founders. If it's a mutual fit, we'll hand out an an offer within 24 hours.

We don't believe in long drawn out processes. If there is a mutual fit, we are really fast with the offer (usually in less than 24 hours, if not at the end of the conversation). Whether or not it is a fit often becomes pretty clear to both parties within the first 10-15 mins of conversation. To be respectful of your time, we usually let you know exactly where we stand at the end of the conversation (and we encourage you to do the same).
