The Role

We’re hiring a Content Marketing Specialist to build and scale Pasito’s content across our core marketing channels.

This is a high collaboration and ownership role that will report directly to our Head of Marketing and work closely with our Sales and Forward Deployed (CS) teams to create and execute multi-channel assets. You will be a leading voice in how Pasito sounds, looks, and feels on external platforms, including social media, blog and website, email, sales and client enablement, and more.

What You’ll Do

Content strategy & production

  • Own the end-to-end product of content assets within the Marketing calendar, including planning, writing, editing, and publishing across Pasito’s core channels (blog, website, video, social media, and email)
  • Translate complex industry topics like group insurance, employee benefits, and agentic AI, into clear, compelling, and authoritative content for our primary audiences
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to create detailed content explaining Pasito’s products, features, and differentiators to the market

Performance & distribution

  • Develop and execute a strategic SEO & GEO plan to drive organic traffic and inbound leads through high-value content
  • Lead social media content creation and distribution to amplify Pasito’s message and brand presence on LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Track and report on content performance metrics (e.g., web traffic, email CTR, etc.) and demonstrate content ROI

Sales & client enablement

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Forward Deployed teams to create essential enablement assets, including case studies, white papers, one-pagers, and email sequences that clearly articulate Pasito’s value propositions
  • Ensure all external content maintains Pasito’s consistent brand voice and stays within brand guidelines

Who You Are

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B content marketing, technical writing, or a similar role, preferably in SaaS or a heavily regulated industry
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong portfolio of published long-form and short-form content
  • Understanding of content marketing impact on channel performance, including SEO, email analytics, and social analytics
  • Highly collaborative and excited to work across the entire GTM team to ensure cohesive messaging
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills, able to manage a dynamic content calendar and prioritize multiple deadlines
  • Excel at using AI tools and automations to accelerate your work without compromising on quality

Experience We’re Excited About

  • Experience creating content in the benefits tech, HR tech, or insurance space, with an understanding of insurance broker, carrier, or employer audiences
  • Familiarity with writing about complex, AI-driven technology and translating technical concepts for a B2B audience
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and content management systems (CMS)
  • Experience creating compelling visual content (e.g., social posts, infographics, short videos) that simplifies complex data or workflows
