- **Process Improvement:** Identify and implement improvements to existing manufacturing workflows to increase throughput, reduce errors, and enhance product quality.
- **Documentation and Control:** Help create and maintain detailed manufacturing work instructions, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with quality systems.
- **Tooling and Fixture Design:** Work on the design and fabrication of jigs, fixtures, and production aids to streamline assembly and inspection tasks.
- **Quality Assurance:** Perform in-process quality checks and contribute to failure analysis and root cause investigations for non-conforming materials or devices.
- **Data Analysis:** Collect, analyze, and report on manufacturing data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data-driven decisions.

**Required Qualifications:**

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a closely-related engineering field.
- Demonstrated passion and aptitude for hands-on technical work, manufacturing, or robotics, evidenced by relevant coursework, technical clubs, or personal projects.
- Strong foundational understanding of physics and mathematics relevant to engineering principles.
- Proven ability to be highly detail-oriented and organized in a high-precision environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating clear documentation and collaborating with a technical team.
