Requirement 

• Technical 

• Required experience 

• Highly experienced in software development AI tools, i.e. Copilot. 

• 5+ years Java development of server-side applications in fintech / banking 

• 2+ experience in application design and coding experience of critical enterprise applications 

• Able to take on and understand the functionality of legacy system using AI 

Required tech stacks 

• Aspired to adopt an AI-driven software development process 

• Highly competent with core Java, collection frameworks, exception handling, logging frameworks 

• Deep understanding of Microservices architecture and application knowledge of object-oriented concepts 

• Strong knowledge of relational DB, ie. MySQL, Postgres 

• Strong knowledge of deployment tools: Jenkins, Maven, Git 

• Experience in dealing with solutions implemented using cashing technologies like Redis 

• Experience in Spring framework / Spring boot and RESTful API 

• JUnit testing 

• Exposure to cloud infrastructure, ie. AWS 

  Non-technical 

• BS/MS computer science 

• Independent thinker who can think thoroughly
