Jiga is a custom manufacturing operation and the supplier on record for the world's best hardware teams, from NASA and Siemens to fast-scaling robotics and aerospace startups.
We give engineering and supply chain teams direct access to an exclusive network of vetted manufacturers - with one contract and one point of accountability.
We're post Series A, backed by Y Combinator, Aleph, and Symbol, growing ~4x YoY. Customers bring us along when they change jobs and send us notes with đ.
We're remote-first, with a small office in TLV. We don't count hours, we measure outcomes.
The role
We're looking for a Content Lead who knows the hardware manufacturing world, has built content strategy from the ground up, and can execute it - not just plan it.
Supply chain leaders in production manufacturing are busy and have no patience for noise. The only content that cuts through is content that genuinely helps them: in their day-to-day work, in the decisions they make, in the problems they're trying to solve.
You'll own everything from content strategy to execution: figure out what's worth saying, say it well, and make sure it reaches the right people.
How we actually work
Weâre a small remote team made up of the best of the best. Our team members are distributed around the globe. While most of our product and engineering talent is located in Europe and Israel, youâll also work with people from the US and Asia. Most of our work is made async, which is the secret sauce of our success.
High trust, low bullshit: We don't count hours or peek over your shoulder on Slack. We trust you to get your work done and tell us when something's wrong. You'll have real ownership over what you build, no process theater, no busy-work meetings.
Question everything: See something that doesn't make sense? Say it. Have a better way to do something? Just do it. We actually mean it when we say we want people to challenge the status quo and improve things. Our internal motto is âDonât drink the kool-aidâ
No busy work, no fluff: âAll we do is write code and talk to usersâ still works here. If you are addicted to heavy process building and endless busy-work meetings, thatâs probably not a good fit.
Actually friendly, not corporate friendly: We play games online every week (current favorite: Make it Meme). Once a year we fly everyone somewhere beautiful for our offsite (Greece, here we come). We genuinely like hanging out together, which turns out to be way better than forced "team building exercises."
What Youâll Own
- Content strategy - Define what Jiga publishes and why. Understand what supply chain leaders in production manufacturing actually want to consume, and build a strategy that serves them.
- Content creation - Build the content yourself: articles, reports, webinars, process videos, or whatever format earns this audience's attention.
- Authority - Make Jiga the most credible voice in production manufacturing. The content people forward to a colleague, quote in a meeting, or remember six months later.
You're a fit if
Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on content experience - you've built and executed content programs yourself, not just managed people who did.
- Deep familiarity with hardware manufacturing supply chains - you understand how parts get made, how supply chains work, and what keeps engineers and procurement teams up at night.
- You can write well - clearly, specifically, and without fluff.
Youâll Stand Out If
- Have created content for an engineering or manufacturing audience (engineers, procurement, supply chain leaders).
- Have experience in a high-growth B2B startup.
- Have built a content program from scratch, not just inherited one.
