Founding Software Engineer

We're looking for a founding engineer to help build our ML platform and the infrastructure behind our AI employees. You'll need a deep understanding of AI, and from day one you'll own real projects and shape the future of Jarmin.

In any given week you'll be:

• Improving ML pipelines, training models, or building new agentic capabilities
• Designing & building complex backend systems
• Putting out whatever fire just flared up
• Taking a feature from idea to production (UX, build, & ship)
• Building new internal tools so we can move faster
• Hacking quick prototypes to find out if they're useful

Ideally you:

• Turn vague problems into clear action items
• Ship code constantly
• Geek out on the newest AI tech/trends/ideas
• Enjoy diving into problems you've never seen before
• Hold a high bar and own the quality of everything you touch
• Love in-person team culture (we're in San Francisco)
