## Job description

We are looking for an experienced **Product Manager - Level & Gameplay** to join our team. In this role, you will shape the core gameplay experience through level design, pacing, and player progression.

### Responsibilities:

-   Design, build, and iterate on levels that create a satisfying player experience
-   Analyze player behavior, user feedback, and game data to continuously improve level quality and engagement
-   Take ownership of the level design pipeline from ideation to implementation
-   Collaborate closely with game, art, tech, and growth teams to deliver impactful gameplay experience

### Requirements:

-   2+ years of experience in mobile game development with a strong focus on level design, gameplay, and player experience
-   Actively follows the mobile gaming market with a strong sense of what makes levels engaging, satisfying, and scalable
-   Ability to analyze player behavior and game data to make informed design decisions
-   Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
