Freterium was born in Morocco and is expanding globally. The team has more than doubled in size last year and is looking to double again in 2022. Freterium is a Y Combinator startup and part of the 212 Founders program

Job Role:

We are looking for an creative user experience designer, who’s obsessed about building intuitive, paradigm-shifting, unapologetically simple user experiences. You’ll empathize with user in bringing out a creative solution right from the conceptual stage, conducting user research and translate them into wireframes and prototypes. Perseverant in iterating full system and design to ensure great user experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain and enhance the Design System according to guidelines. Design new components and contribute to the design language used Present clear concepts and designs for implementation. Work closely with other designers and front-end engineers to ensure design requirements are met. Follow established standards and best practices. Iterate designs based on user-driven data.

REQUIREMENTS :

Expertise in user-centred design methodologies. Prior experience as a UX designer for standard applications. Demonstrate commitment to the betterment of the UX team and advancement of our UX team’s maturity Working closely with developers to bring your designs to life, by creating design specs, prototypes, and providing UI/UX feedback. Expert knowledge of design tools such as Figma (Figma libraries and Figma branches). Hands-on experience creating, maintaining, and using a design system. An understanding of how components can be impacted by other components. Confidence to drive complex projects and own high-impact, design decisions. Exceptional creativity, aesthetic sensibility, and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to articulate your ideas and designs. Can articulate design processes, ideas, and solution to team Seasoned in testing usability and accessibility concerns. Open to constructive feedback Standout colleague
