🚀 We’re hiring: Customer Success Lead – NYC

Escape is building an AI-powered code-to-cloud security platform covering Attack Surface Management, automated pentesting, and DAST. With 30+ people, offices in NYC & Paris, and a $18M Series A, we’re scaling our team and looking for a Technical Customer Success Lead.

We’re looking for a technical Customer Success leader to own the success of our customers and manage a small CS team of 3. You’ll work closely with the Product team, Head of Sales, and Engineering to drive adoption, deliver technical onboarding, and ensure high-value clients get the most from our platform.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and grow the Customer Success team, today 3 people, coaching them on technical onboarding, support, and account management.
  • Partner with customers to ensure smooth adoption, technical guidance, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive customer satisfaction and inform the product roadmap.
  • Handle high-touch onboarding, POCs, and complex technical escalations for strategic accounts.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Technical Account Management, with team leadership experience in a high-growth startup.
  • Strong technical background: SaaS, software, Python knowledge a plus.
  • Experience working with technical buyers and technical teams.
  • Excellent communicator and proactive problem solver.
  • Passion for startups and shaping the future of AI-driven security.
