Operations Associate (Series A Heathtech)

Dementia is tough – but it can be easier. Turns out, if you give families the right non-clinical coaching and support, you can avoid 30% of hospitalizations for these patients. And Medicare has recently started paying for that coaching.

Craniometrix launched our care navigation service for dementia patients in July of 2025, hit $4M of ARR, and just raised a $15M Series A. 

We are looking for a generalist operations associate with experience at an early-stage high-growth healthcare startup to support the core operations of our team, ensuring we build the systems and processes needed to scale. 

Who you are:

• An experienced healthcare operator with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience working with clinical or clinical-adjacent teams
• Experience with HR functions and management
• Willing to work above and below your paygrade to get our patients the care they need
• A strong attention to detail
• A willingness to pull new things on to your plate
