Lead RF Electro-Mechanical Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead RF Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team of physicists, engineers, and technicians in our core mission: accelerating the development of fusion energy.
In this highly independent working lead role, you will navigate a dynamic environment split between cutting-edge R&D and assembly-focused manufacturing. You will act as the vital interface between the shop floor and engineering, translating engineering priorities into daily action for a small technician team.
We know the perfect candidate might not be an expert in every single task listed below on day one. What matters most is that you are a reliable leader, a strong communicator, and a skilled technician ready to turn wrenches, learn fast, and bridge the gap between engineering and assembly.Optimize Your Resume for This Job
