Mobile Engineering Intern (Health-Tech & Digital Pharmacy)

Clinikally, India’s fastest-growing consumer health startup, is looking for a Mobile Engineering Intern with rock-solid fundamentals. This isn't a "shadowing" role. You will help architect and build high-performing, cross-platform applications that serve as the gateway to our Teledermatology and E-Pharmacy ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

• Cross-Platform Development: Build high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android. You will focus on creating a seamless shopping experience for our Rx-grade collections and premium cosmetic products.
• UI/UX Engineering: Collaborate with the design team to implement responsive and high-fidelity interfaces. You will translate complex Personalized Treatment Plans into intuitive mobile user flows.
• Full-Stack Integration: Integrate RESTful APIs and Webhooks to connect the mobile frontend with our backend commerce engine. You will ensure real-time synchronization of inventory for high-demand product categories including sunscreens, cleansers, and serums.
• Native Optimization: Write Native Modules and Bridges for Android and iOS to unlock device-specific features, ensuring our app performance is as efficient as our clinical solutions.
• Lifecycle Management: Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including rigorous testing, debugging, and maintaining technical documentation for our evolving Health-Tech stack.

Requirements

• Technical Foundation: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field with a deep understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Modern Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with modern frameworks like React Native or Flutter.
• Production Experience: A prior internship in mobile engineering is required. You should have experience building and deploying apps in production-grade environments.
• Native Knowledge: Good understanding of Native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development, specifically for writing bridges and optimizing performance.
• Design Sensibility: Ability to build high-quality UI/UX flows that align with a premium, clinical brand identity.
