## Job description

Clinikally is looking for a Head of Category to lead our growth in the Digital Pharmacy space. You will own the P&L for our Dermatology, Nutrition, and Wellness verticals. This role is about more than just managing inventory; it is about building a clinical ecosystem where Rx-grade treatments and Dermatologist Online Consultations work together to solve patient problems. You will be the architect of a vertical that blends medical authority with e-commerce excellence.

### **What You Will Do**

-   **Strategic Onboarding:** Lead the search and negotiation for new Ethical Pharma and Premium Cosmetic brands. You will grow our network of partners by focusing on high-impact categories like [**Sunscreens**](https://www.clinikally.com/collections/sunscreen)**, [Haircare Products](https://www.clinikally.com/collections/hair-care),** and [**Supplements**](https://www.clinikally.com/collections/supplements).
-   **P&L Ownership:** Drive revenue targets by managing the entire channel’s profitability. You will launch category-building initiatives that make Clinikally the top choice for specialized health needs.
-   **Supply Chain Strategy:** Work with marketing to ensure inventory levels match our growth projections. You will manage stock for high-demand actives like our [**Niacinamide Face Wash**](https://www.clinikally.com/products/clinikally-foaming-face-wash)**, [Retinol Serums](https://www.clinikally.com/products/clinikally-skin-renewer-retinol-serum),** and [**Antioxidant Serums**](https://www.clinikally.com/products/clinikally-vitamin-c3-serum) to ensure zero stockouts.
-   **Telehealth Integration:** Create smart promotions that link product sales with our Teledermatology services. You will design bundles that combine consultations with clinical products to improve the patient experience.
-   **Brand Growth:** Act as the primary contact for our brand partners, helping them scale their presence on our platform through data-driven insights and strategic marketing tie-ups.
-   **Performance Tracking:** Monitor key metrics like GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) and Inventory Turn to ensure every vertical is scaling healthily and efficiently.

### **Qualifications**

-   **Experience:** 5 or more years in E-commerce, E-pharmacy, or Key Account Management.
-   **Education:** A B.Pharm or M.Pharm is a significant advantage given the medical nature of our categories.
-   **Industry Knowledge:** Deep understanding of the Derma, Pharma, and Beauty landscape in India.
-   **Leadership Skills:** A strong negotiator with the ability to build long-term relationships with global brand leads.
