About the Role

Clinikally is hiring a smart, creative, and detail-oriented Catalogue Associate to join our mission-driven team. You will manage the digital storefront for our specialized health offerings, combining pharmaceutical knowledge with marketplace strategy. This is a high-impact role where you will ensure our telehealth services and clinical products are accurately represented to millions of users seeking science-backed care.

What You Will Do

• Strategic SKU Management: Manage the full lifecycle of our digital listings. You will oversee the categorization and maintenance of specialized portfolios, including our anti-oxidant serums, hair growth tablets, and anti-dandruff shampoos.
• Scientific Copywriting: Translate complex ingredient lists into consumer-friendly, high-conversion descriptions. You will articulate the benefits of core actives like Ceramides, Peptides, and Hyaluronic Acid with clinical accuracy.
• Omnichannel Listing: Activate and optimize product profiles across various online marketplaces, ensuring our cosmetic and medical-grade collections are represented with 100% data integrity.
• SEO & Content Optimization: Improve search visibility by focusing on high-intent consumer needs. You will optimize content for specific concerns like sun protection for sensitive skin or clinical solutions for hyperpigmentation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Tech, Brand, and Logistics teams to ensure a seamless data flow from the warehouse to the user’s screen, resolving any cataloguing errors promptly.
• Process Innovation: Use internal tools and data to identify catalogue gaps, developing creative workflows that improve conversion rates across our dermatology and wellness categories.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (D.Pharma or B.Pharma) is essential to ensure technical accuracy in our listings.
• Technical Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills for managing large datasets and a strong comfort level with new technology.
• Writing Skills: Excellent written English with the ability to turn technical medical specs into engaging product copy.
• Detail Oriented: A passion for precision and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with various stakeholders.
