About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Business Development Executive - Doctor Relations who will support doctor coordination, webinar scheduling, and outreach to the medical community. The role requires strong communication skills, ownership, follow-ups, and the ability to coordinate smoothly with doctors, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with doctors and medical professionals for webinars, sessions, and engagement activities.
Schedule webinars, manage calendars, send invites, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Reach out to doctors, clinics, and medical community members for participation and collaboration.
Support end-to-end coordination for online sessions, including confirmations, reminders, and post-session follow-ups.
Maintain proper records of doctor interactions, webinar schedules, participation status, and feedback.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of medical community initiatives.
Handle queries from doctors or participants in a professional and timely manner.
Support customer/community engagement activities as required.
Ensure clear, polite, and professional communication across calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Required Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and stakeholder coordination.
Strong ownership and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple conversations and schedules at once.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Professional, polite, and confident communication style.
Prior experience in customer support, coordination, healthcare, or community engagement will be preferred.
