## What you'll do

- Own ratings, reviews and reputation on Google Play and Apple App Store
- Optimise store listings: titles, keywords, screenshots and preview videos
- Run keyword research and listing A/B tests to lift conversion
- Track organic installs, conversion rate, ratings and keyword rankings
- Manage technical SEO, on-page SEO and monthly performance reporting

## What you need

- 3–5 yrs in SEO and ASO
- 2+ yrs managing ASO for a consumer app
- Hands-on with Google Play Console, App Store Connect, Search Console and GA4
- Experience with AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Semrush and Ahrefs
- Strong understanding of app store ranking factors and policies

## Job description

**App Store Optimisation**

•         Own ratings, reviews and reputation on Google Play and the Apple App Store, and build a review strategy that grows positive ratings.

•         Turn review insights into product and experience improvements, working with Product, Tech, CX and Operations.

•         Set up in-app rating prompts that invite genuine feedback, in line with Google Play and Apple policies.

•         Optimise store listings: titles, subtitles, descriptions, keywords, screenshots and preview videos.

•         Run keyword research and listing A/B tests to lift discoverability and store conversion.

•         Track organic installs, conversion rate, ratings and keyword rankings, and benchmark competitors.

•         Work with Performance Marketing on Google App Campaigns and Apple Search Ads, and use seasonal events and custom product pages.

•         Explore Hindi and regional-language listings.

**Website SEO**

•         Technical SEO: crawl and indexing health in Search Console, Core Web Vitals and structured data (Product, Review, FAQ).

•         On-page SEO for product, category and concern pages, plus internal linking.

•         SEO content strategy and briefs, reviewed by our doctors for medical accuracy.

•         Google Business Profile and online reputation.

•         Monthly reporting on organic traffic, rankings, conversions and revenue.

### **Requirements**

•         3–5 years in SEO and ASO, with 2+ years managing ASO for a consumer app with 1 lakh+ installs.

•         Proven, measurable gains in app ratings, organic installs, keyword rankings or store conversion.

•         Hands-on with Google Play Console, App Store Connect, Search Console and GA4.

•         Experience with ASO tools (AppTweak, Sensor Tower, AppFollow or similar) and SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs or similar).

•         Strong understanding of app store ranking factors and policies.

•         Clear communicator who works well across teams; strong written English, Hindi a plus.

### **Good to have**

•         Experience in healthcare, skincare, beauty, pharmacy or e-commerce.

•         Exposure to Apple Search Ads and Google App Campaigns.

•         Familiarity with Shopify, Medusa or headless commerce, and basic HTML.

•         Understanding of AI-driven search (Google AI Overviews and similar).
