Team Lead Logistics Operations Disturbance Management (2-shift)

Job Description

As Team Lead Logistics Operations Disturbance Management you will lead a shift team within the Business Support organization of Logistics Operations. Your team is responsible for supporting logistic disturbances that occur in the daily operations and the supply chain. You will ensure operational stability, escalate structural issues, and contribute to performance improvement through KPI monitoring and dashboard insights. Together with your team, you will look for operational synergy. You will work closely with your fellow shift Team Lead, Disturbance Management staff team and report to the Group Lead/Manager Logistics Operations Disturbance Management.


Your responsibilities include

  • Build and manage one of the Logistics Operations Disturbance Management support teams in shift, including target setting, end year reviews, setup development actions plans, coach individual team members and define and monitor required training;

  • People development to ensure department flexibility and high quality standards of work

  • Lead your teams in a continuous changing environment

  • Maintain, create or update work instructions in a skill matrix with your team

  • Support your internal customer as best possible and set the right priorities within the teams

  • Define, implement and/or improve reporting and monitoring via KPI’s

  • Run the daily operations of the Logistics Operations Disturbance Management department

  • Alignment of work over the two different shifts.


Education and experience

  • Relevant Bachelor/Master is a preferred (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Supply chain or Engineering degree).

  • Relevant experience in a high-tech production environment,

  • Experience of (in)direct people management

  • Broad logistical and business knowledge and understanding.

  • Experience with the ASML Manage Disturbance process is preferred.

  • Experience in change management is beneficial.

  • Experience with project management and stakeholder management is desirable.

  • Demonstrated experience in driving change using problem-solving methods such as the 4C's.

  • Experience of individual coaching is beneficial.

  • Good networking skills, able to work at multiple levels of the organization, from team member on the shop floor to (senior) managers.

  • Good communicator that can inspire and convince, not only in logistics, but also ASML factories, Supply Chain departments and Field operations.

  • Full-time position

  • Support schedule (2-shift)

  • You will report to the Group Lead/Manager Logistics Operations Disturbance Management

  • A certificate of conduct (‘Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag’, VOG) is required 

  • A certificate of conduct (‘Verklaring van Geen Bezwaar’, VGB) is required
