Job Description
Knowledge Management & Manufacturing Academy Enablement
- Act as the Linkou Factory (LF) representative to Global Manufacturing Academy and learning networks.
- Consolidate and maintain LF learning materials, competence frameworks, and skill status across Manufacturing and Quality.
- Establish structured knowledge management practices to ensure critical process and quality knowledge is captured, standardized, and sustained.
ISO 9001 & Audit Leadership:
- Act as Lead Auditor / Audit Coordinator for internal ISO 9001 audits and support external certification audits (e.g., BSI).
- Define annual audit strategy, scope, and risk-based audit planning aligned with ASML quality priorities.
- Lead audit execution across manufacturing, logistics, and support processes; ensure objective evidence and professional audit reporting.
- Drive effective root cause analysis (RCA), CAPA definition, and follow-up closure of audit findings.
- Coach process owners and auditees on ISO intent, compliance expectations, best known method (BKM) and “audit‑ready” behaviors
Process Ownership & BPM (Business Process Management)
- Act as process co-owner or quality representative for selected L3/L4 manufacturing processes.
- Apply BPM principles to:
- Define process purpose, inputs/outputs, interfaces, and KPIs
- Clarify roles and responsibilities (RACI)
- Strengthen process consistency across departments
- Ensure process documentation is clear, standardized, and aligned with ISO 9001 clauses (Plan–Do–Check–Act).
- Use audit insights and performance data to continuously improve process effectiveness and maturity.
DCC – Document Control Center
- Own or govern Document Control Center (DCC) practices within Manufacturing Quality scope.
- Ensure procedures, work instructions, and records are:
- Properly authored, reviewed, approved, and version-controlled
- Easily accessible and effectively deployed to the shop floor
- Assess change impact to quality, compliance, and operational risk before approval.
- Support transition toward structured, scalable knowledge management
Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance
- Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, and Quality stakeholders to align on process and compliance expectations.
- Act as a trusted quality partner—not a “policing role”—focusing on prevention and robustness.
- Provide management-level insights on audit trends, systemic gaps, and maturity progression.
