Internship - SS&P - Data Analyst Intern - Linkou

Role and responsibilities

• Analyze procurement, inventory, and material availability datasets to improve operational visibility and process efficiency

• Utilize SAP ERP systems to manage, validate, and track purchasing, supply chain, and product lifecycle data
• Generate recurring analytical reports and dashboards to support data-driven operational decision-making
• Create reports and visual dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support operational analytics and planning activities
• Support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) operations through data analysis, reporting, and workflow optimization initiatives
• Assist in identifying process bottlenecks, data inconsistencies, and opportunities for workflow improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data accuracy and support enterprise PLM operations

Education and experience

Data Science/Information management/Industrialization Engineering/Business Administration/Supply Chain Management

Technical & Professional Skills 

• Data analysis and operational reporting
• SAP ERP and enterprise systems
• Power BI and data visualization
• Advanced Excel and reporting automation
• Analytical problem-solving and workflow optimization
• Cross-functional collaboration and communication
• Familiarity with SQL and Python for data analysis is considered an asset
