
HR | Business Administration internship: talent engagement programs
Job Description
Introduction
You will join the Talent Engagement team within ASML, based in Veldhoven, the Netherlands. This team builds long-term relationships with students, universities, and early-career talent across Europe. Through events, communities, and student programs, the team supports ASML’s future workforce strategy.
In this internship, you contribute directly to engaging the next generation of talent. Your work helps increase the visibility, impact, and quality of our student programs.
Your assignment
During this internship, you support and improve talent engagement programs while developing your own interests.
You work closely with colleagues from recruitment and communications on initiatives that connect students to ASML.
You are encouraged to bring new ideas and take ownership of projects that strengthen our communities.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Co-organize and support events and initiatives for student and talent communities
Support recruitment activities and the execution of student programs
Maintain and update documentation and provide general administrative support
Analyze data to visualize the impact of talent engagement programs
Research market and student trends and present clear insights
Collaborate across departments while working independently and proactively
Contribute ideas that improve engagement, reach, and program effectiveness
This is a bachelor or master (non-thesis) internship for minimum 5 months, minimum 4 days per week (2 days on-site). The start date of this internship is as of September.
Your profile
To be suitable for the internship, you:
Are enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree during the entire internship period
Study human resources, business administration, communication, psychology, or a related field
Are comfortable working with data, documents, and digital tools
Communicate clearly and enjoy working with different stakeholders
Are proactive, organized, and curious about talent development and technology
This internship is designed for students who enjoy combining people-focused work with structure and analysis.
You will gain hands-on experience in talent engagement while building a strong professional network at ASML.
Other requirements you need to meet:
You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;
You need to be located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter needs to include the willingness to relocate.
If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
