
Job Description
- Documentation Standardization
- Maintain global documentation standards, including templates, naming conventions, versioning rules, and formatting guidelines
- Drive the adoption and implementation of documentation standards across the engineering teams
- Document Optimization
- Review technical documents (e.g., design documents, test reports, SOPs) for consistency, completeness, and compliance with standards
- Identify gaps and propose improvements in structure, terminology, and readability
- Document Lifecycle Management
- Manage document version control and change management processes
- Ensure proper document release, archiving, and updates throughout the lifecycle
- Tools and Platform Management
- Maintain and optimize document management systems (TC, SharePoint...)
- Support the implementation of standardization tools and automation solutions
