## What you'll do

- Manage fab materials returns within stock aging KPIs.
- Conduct SAP administrative processes for configuration management.
- Produce stock management KPI reports and data analysis.
- Trace material history in SAP and escalate errors.
- Collaborate with CSCM on tool maintenance and calibration.

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or business administration.
- 0–3 yrs in semiconductor field and logistics.
- Familiar with SAP, Visual Basic, Power BI, MS Excel.
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
- Business proficiency in English.

## Job description

-   ### **  
    Introduction to the job**
    
    -   Materials arrangement and make sure the materials status same as SAP confirmation.
    -   Control all materials pending status.

  

**Role and responsibilities(R&R)**

-   Manage all materials in the fab to be returned within stock aging KPIs.
-   Data analysis and report : stock management KPI report out.
-   Conduct administrative process by SAP transaction, ex.) build-in/build-out list maintenance for correct configuration management.
-   Error hit : Search & trace the history of materials by SAP and escalate cases that are not properly structured in SAP or SMS.
-   Continuous improvement: investigate overall return cycle to define improvement areas to drive engineering stock KPI performance efficiency.
-   Responsible for collaboration with CSCM to ensure preventive maintenance and calibrations of tools are up to date and planned.
-   Manage expiry tools to be returned in time.

  

**Education and experience**

-   Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations or other relevant areas or experience in office administration.
-   0–3 years of experiences in semiconductor field and logistics technician in CS department for high tech products is a plus.

  

**Skills**

-   Data analysis and reporting skill to find out the area to focus.
-   Knowledge of logistic process, service order process.
-   Familiar with SAP, Visual Basic, Power BI and MS Excel.
-   Self-motivated and flexibility.
-   Fast problem-solving skill.
-   Pro-active communication.
-   Good team player.
-   Good negotiation and influencing skills.
-   Able to think in processes and systems.
-   Critical thinking and business acumen.
-   Native in Taiwan, good verbal, written business proficiency in English
