Role and responsibilities
- Develop and optimize recipes and process parameters to ensure stable and efficient operation of Brion PWC products and SMO solutions at customer sites.
- Support customers in adopting Brion products as baseline manufacturing solutions by introducing new products and advanced features.
- Perform in-depth investigations and technical analysis of product functionalities to identify software bugs and recommend product enhancements.
- Collaborate with customers and Brion US headquarters to provide effective technical support and deliver optimized solutions for customer requirements.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely technical resolution in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
- Contribute to continuous product and process improvement through customer feedback and technical evaluation.

- Related technical disciplines
Skills
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Hands-on technical skills with the ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in dynamic and challenging environments
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems
- Programming skills in Python are highly preferred
- Self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
