Role  and responsibilities

As a machining mechanic, you are an essential part of our high‑tech manufacturing operation and work with state‑of‑the‑art CNC‑controlled turning, milling, and grinding machines. Using subtractive manufacturing processes, you produce precision components from various metals and plastics—or, as in our case, from glass and ceramics.

As part of your machining mechanic apprenticeship, you will

• learn how to read technical drawings and turn them into real components—with precision and technical insight.

• plan production orders and machine workpieces with such accuracy that everything fits down to the hundredth of a millimeter—combining craftsmanship with machine power.

• use modern measuring and testing equipment to ensure your workpieces meet all quality standards.

• program CNC machines and develop into a true specialist for our high‑tech production systems.

• set up, operate, and monitor computer‑controlled milling machines to ensure smooth production processes.

Education and experience

• You are motivated to learn an exciting profession, enjoy discovering new things, and are not discouraged by early working hours.

• You have completed secondary school or hold a general or vocational university entrance qualification.

• You have fluent German language skills, which are essential for the apprenticeship.

• You enjoy hands‑on work and place great value on thoroughness and precision.

• You are interested in technology and the production of precision components and have good spatial awareness.

• You enjoy working with computers and high‑tech equipment.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Zerspanungsmechaniker:in bist du ein essenzieller Teil unserer High-Tech Fertigung und arbeitest an hochmodernen CNC-gesteuerten Dreh-, Fräs- und Schleifmaschinen. Mithilfe zerspanender Bearbeitungsverfahren fertigst du Präzisionsteile aus verschiedenen Metallen und Kunststoffen oder auch, wie bei uns, aus Glas und Keramik. 

Was dich erwartet:

• Spannende Kombination aus Theorie und Praxis – du lernst direkt in unserer eigenen Ausbildungswerkstatt.

• Individuelle Betreuung – wir begleiten dich während der gesamten Ausbildung und helfen dir, nach dem Abschluss richtig durchzustarten.

• Einblick in die Zukunftstechnologie – du arbeitest mit Maschinen und Verfahren, die in der Industrie weltweit gefragt sind.

Im Rahmen deiner Ausbildung Zerspanungsmechanik wirst du:

• lernen, technische Zeichnungen zu lesen und daraus echte Bauteile zu machen – mit Präzision und Köpfchen.

• Fertigungsaufträge planen und Werkstücke so genau bearbeiten, dass am Ende alles auf den Hundertstelmillimeter passt – handwerklich und mit Maschinenpower.

• mit modernen Mess- und Prüfmitteln kontrollieren, ob deine Werkstücke die Qualitätsstandards erfüllen.

• CNC-Maschinen programmieren und dich zur/zum echten Spezialist:in für unsere Hightech-Anlagen entwickeln.

• computergesteuerte Fräsmaschinen einrichten, bedienen und überwachen, damit in der Fertigung alles rundläuft.

Deine Qualifikationen

Alles kann, nicht alles muss. Wenn du unsere Voraussetzungen nicht vollständig erfüllst, überzeuge uns einfach von dem, was du kannst.

• Du hast Lust, einen spannenden Beruf zu erlernen, Neues zu entdecken und lässt dich auch von frühen Arbeitszeiten nicht abschrecken.

• Du hast einen mittlerer Schulabschluss, Fach- oder Allgemeine Hochschulreife.

• Du verfügst über fließende Deutschkenntnisse, die für die Ausbildung unerlässlich sind.

• Du möchtest handwerklich arbeiten und legst dabei Wert auf Gründlichkeit und Präzision.

• Du interessierst dich für Technik und die Fertigung von Präzisionskomponenten und hast ein gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen.

• Du hast Spaß am Umgang mit Computern und Hightech-Anlagen.
