We’re building large-scale, production-grade AI voice and chat agents for healthcare. Our stack includes Python, Node.js, TypeScript, React, and we run most of our workloads on AWS. On the voice side, we use Vapi, LiveKit, and Deepgram.

We leverage modern LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini) and work with both cloud and hybrid/on-prem deployments (think: complex VPCs, custom infra, tight security).

Some challenges we’re tackling:

• Real-time, compliant voice and chat with doctors and HCPs
• Voice evals (for pronunciation of complex medical terms, data from clinical trials etc.)
• Seamless, low-latency audio and text processing (Vapi, LiveKit, Deepgram)
• Secure integrations with EMRs, CRMs, and medical content systems
• Scaling AI while meeting strict privacy, audit, and explainability requirements
• Building infrastructure that’s modular and works in cloud or fully on-prem setups.
