About the Company

At Codes Health, we’re building a new gateway to collecting and understanding medical data. We work directly with patients to understand their medical history, automatically request records from their past providers and apply AI to extract relevant insights for the requestor. This has far reaching applications for requestors of records in Healthcare, Legal and Insurance industries.

We are a team of three, each with experience building and growing early stage startups. Codes Health is funded by some of the best VCs out there, including YC, Haystack, General Catalyst, and more.
