Together with our customers, we aim to safeguard our nation, sustain human presence in space, and secure the freedom of operations in low Earth orbit and beyond.

Our success is measured by the trust of those who rely on what we build and deliver, and our technologies keep the United States and its allies mission-ready throughout space.

We are mission-driven, and together, we are an extraordinary team.

About the Role

The Director of Talent Acquisition leads a critical talent engine that directly enables Sierra Space’s mission, growth, and competitive advantage. This leader will build and scale a modern recruiting function, embedding AI, automation, and data-driven decision making at the core of how we source, assess, and hire talent, while strengthening our talent pipelines, elevating our employer brand, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

The Director oversees full-cycle recruiting, recruiting operations, university partnerships, and internship programs while driving a faster and more scalable approach to hiring top talent.
